Brador Brass Quintet, with its unique combination of youthful energy and veteran stage presence, brings together 5 young men whose love for music is so captivating that it has already earned them two US Embassy-sponsored international tours to Bolivia and Costa Rica, as well as numerous performances across California. They have performed for KPBS and KUSI television in San Diego (their home), were featured in an article in Chamber Music America magazine, and also had a segment produced by NPR about them and their Bolivian tour. Praised by Sinfonica magazine as consummate professionals”, Brador performed at the 1st annual Festival of Music and Musicology in Ensenada, Mexico in 2003, and was invited to return to Bolivia to perform in the internationally recognized Festival of Renaissance and Baroque

They have also been honored with the premier performances of four original compositions, as well as several new arrangements for quintet. Brador is a resident ensemble at SDSU and is dedicated to educational and community outreach, performing low-cost master classes and senior residence performances.
